We are looking for a motivated working student to join our team. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational activities within the employee life cycle.
You will be an integral part of the team that works on strategic support and consulting across all departments on matters related to the employee life cycle. Our agile business partner model offers comprehensive support on personnel issues ranging from onboarding and qualification to organizational design and change management.
If you are a student eager to gain experience in human resources, this is an exciting opportunity to take on. You will have the chance to dive into a variety of projects and tasks while interacting with managers and colleagues across different teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Support our daily operational tasks within the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
* Participate in team meetings and projects to gain insights into HR activities
* Create presentations and communication templates, as well as evaluate KPIs
* Collaborate with HR business partners on HR projects and take on responsibility for your own projects
Requirements
* Enrolled student in the area of Human Resources, Economics, Social Studies, Labour Law or equivalent field
* First-hand experience and demonstrated interest within the field of HR
* Profound knowledge of MS Office Applications
* First knowledge in SAP
* Fluent in English and German
* Good interpersonal skills and a team player
* Organized and proactive functioning
