As part of our IT Organization, you will play a crucial role in breaking up specific business requests into work packages and assigning them to team members. This involves close collaboration with IT Engineers, Service Owners, and Technical Team Leads.
* You will be responsible for providing staffing proposals and suitable profiles to requestors.
* Regular reports about project status and resources utilization will be required.
* A key aspect of this role is consolidating demands from internal and external projects into a worldwide resource and capacity solution.
This role involves planning, scheduling, organizing, and implementing critical infrastructure and network-related projects across our global data centers in EU, UK, APAC, and AMER. You will manage various IT infrastructure projects, including deployment of security tools for purpose-driven audits.
Your focus will be on operational delivery, quality, and continuous improvement activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing our resource and capacity planning IT solution.
We are looking for an individual with strong analytical thinking, orchestration, and organizational skills. A university degree in business informatics, business engineering, engineering, or similar qualifications is essential, as well as experience in leading and coaching teams in Agile principles.

* Experience and knowledge of Jira and further Atlassian plugins
