We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Representative (m/f/d) for the Halle/Dessau/Leipzig/Chemnitz region to handle distribution campaigns for OTC and RX products, as well as new product launches. Permanent employment with our client is possible.

Your tasks
• Active marketing of all pharmacy-only or prescription-only products in the company's product portfolio
• Conducting sales and consulting meetings for the sales territory, as well as building and strengthening contacts
• Placement of distribution campaigns for OTC and RX products as well as new product launches
• Initiation and coordination of POS sales promotion activities
• Conclusion of bonus agreements and implementation of the requirements of the pharmacy conditions system on an individual pharmacy basis according to specifications
• Planning and organization of training events for pharmacy staff
• Analysis of the market and regulatory situation based on IMS data or sales data in relevant market segments
• Independent complaint management and handling of claims, including returns
• Administrative tasks, in particular reporting and notification based on the relevant CRM processes and compliance guidelines.
• IMS sales figures in the sales territory, distribution results, sell-in revenue target achievement evaluated according to in-house figures, budget adherence for other costs and quotas within the framework of the pricing system
Your profile
• Completed commercial training or studies
• Ideally, some initial professional experience
• Ideally, already have good contacts in the area
• Initial experience in targeting, core target group management, and territory analysis
• Ideally, initial documented sales successes
• Confident demeanor, teamwork skills, strong communication skills and high level of commitment
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented work style
• Good IT skills (especially Excel)
