Analyst Financial Planning & Analysis Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership & Financial Leadership Act as a trusted advisor to ROWA R&D and Innovation leadership, providing financial mentorship and strategic support. Influence investment decisions in innovation projects, product development, and technology platforms. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for R&D and innovation portfolios. Performance Management & Analysis Deliver insightful analysis on R&D spend, project ROI, and innovation pipeline performance. Supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Support scenario planning and risk analysis for major initiatives and long-term strategies. Governance & Compliance Ensure financial governance and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Partner with project management and procurement teams to ensure cost control and contract compliance. Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with global finance teams to align reporting standards and best practices. Communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems supporting R&D and innovation. Qualifications: Bacheloru2019s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field4 years of dynamic finance experience, ideally with exposure to R&D or innovation functions. Strong business acumen and understanding of the innovative lifecycle. Proven track record to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI) is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
