We're looking for a bright and proactive Transformation Manager or Legal Operations Specialist with strong communication skills to join our Legal Operations team in our HQ in Berlin and play a crucial role in driving the successful rollout and adoption of technology. The Legal Operations team is responsible for implementing and enhancing a variety of legal tech solutions, transforming contract lifecycle and matter management, and collaborating closely with legal counsels to ultimately drive operational excellence and fostering a seamless legal experience in 70 markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a foundational understanding of transformation management to gain invaluable hands-on experience in a fast-paced international environment. You'll work closely with our central Legal Operations team in Berlin and Legal as well as Procurement stakeholders across the globe. Supporting the Legal Operations team in the ongoing rollout / adoption of our global CLM and matter management system. Assisting with project management tasks, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and identifying potential roadblocks in several projects. Contributing to and owning change management activities, such as developing communication materials, training resources, and supporting user adoption efforts. Gathering feedback from users across different jurisdictions and contributing to system improvements and enhancements. Helping to develop, innovate and document processes. Being a strong Stakeholder Manager enthusing others with change and innovation.
