In this role, you will be responsible for:
* All corporate law matters, especially regarding the annual shareholders‘ meeting, advice to the executive board, supervisory board and its committees
* Advice on capital market requirements, including its compliance, as well as on corporate governance and finance activities
* All legal advice regarding mergers, acquisitions and divestment
* Global responsibility for "corporate housekeeping activities" for all affiliates
* Leading a team of fully qualified lawyers (m/f/d)
If you are a motivated fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with:
* Significant experiences in corporate law and M&A
* Proven strong leadership skills
* Several years of experience as an in-house counsel
* Excellent understanding of economic contexts
* Excellent communication skills in German and English in written and spoken
* An independent work style and being a team player
* Strong ownership and convincing appearance
