Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee a team of more than 50 Field Sales professionals, including direct reports from experienced team leads;

2. Evaluate team performance and strategy alignment through periodic business reviews;

3. Identify and secure high-value partnerships and execute Local Hero Acquisition strategies in key cities;

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints;

5. Develop data-driven strategies to identify potential top-partners in every city;

6. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies with global initiatives;

7. Craft territory-specific strategies to enhance customer experience in line with national goals;

8. Closely collaborate with the Manager of Inside Sales to harmonise Field and Inside Sales activities.
