Your tasks:
1. Responsibility for the overarching further development of the content of underwriting processes
2. Responsibility for the review and drafting of lines of business overarching and worldwide guidelines
3. Conception and support of underwriting excellence topics
4. Support of underwriters with overarching governance issues
5. Harmonization and simplification of the governance structure
Your profile:
6. Successfully completed studies (primarily law, business administration, economics) and/or professional experience in an insurance company (underwriting)
7. Enjoy working in an international environment, ambition to create new solutions and pleasure in improving working methods
8. Open, committed and team-oriented personality
9. Responsible, solution-oriented and independent way of working
10. Very good command of English and fluent written and spoken German
11. Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications
