Reporting to the Director, Sales DACH, the position will work closely with the Internal Sales and Technical Sales teams to drive the overall Company Business Strategy. Develops and executes Sales Business Plans and Strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier to Key customers within Region.
Solutions Manager and Internal Sales Representatives to introduce the Rochester Electronics product to
customers and to increase the customer portfolio per the agreed business development plan.
Proven business development, sales & management experience in the electronic component/ semiconductor industry
Being fluent in German and English language is essential; Strong Relationship-building skills both internally and externally and able to navigate and effectively manage business partners & suppliers successfully
Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate to the advanced level required)
