Your contribution:
1. Coach teams in agile practices and serve as the guardian of Scrum principles.
2. Lead Scrum ceremonies—daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives—to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
3. Collaborate with Product Owners to refine the backlog and ensure clear, prioritized user stories.
4. Monitor agile metrics (e.g., Burndown charts) and remove impediments to maintain team focus and velocity.
5. Foster effective cross-team communication and alignment with business objectives.
What you bring along:
6. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
7. First experience as a SCRUM Master or in a similar agile role.
8. A solid understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies.
9. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, demonstrating a proven ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
10. Experience in technology-driven environments; a background in AI is highly desirable.
