We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Owner to take ownership of our product development and project management platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation, management, and continuous improvement of these tools, with a strong emphasis on facilitating agile transformation. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, as well as acting as a Scrum Master, and contributing to various digital transformation initiatives. 4. Implement, maintain, and improve an integrated solution that streamlines the execution of internal and product development projects
5. Facilitate the collaboration between development and project/product management teams by providing a unified platform that supports integrated workflows and data sharing
6. Empower users to leverage the integrated solution effectively by providing training, support, and guidance including best practices
7. Monitor the performance of the integrated solution, address any issues promptly, and implement enhancements to ensure its reliability and effectiveness.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements, gather user feedback, and implement changes that enhance the functionality and user experience of the integrated solution
What You Bring
9. Bachelor’s degree in a digital field
10. Proven experience in agile working methodologies, knowledge according SAFe, certification as scrum master is a plus
11. Deep knowledge in Azure Dev Ops administration, expertise in resource management and OnePM
12. Experience in the field of application support, knowledge about product lifecycle management is a plus
13. Ability to think strategically and drive innovation
14. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English and German
