Senior Accountant Opportunity
We seek an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee client accounts and serve as primary point of contact for account-related matters.
* Manage day-to-day operations, including communication with investors and fund managers.
* Prepare periodic reports, regulatory reports, and year-end financial statements.
* Review tax returns and maintain contacts with tax authorities.
* Coordinate audits and review other fund-related reports.
* Organize board meetings and shareholders' meetings.
* University degree in Accounting & Finance or Economics.
* 3-5 years of experience in alternative investment fund administration, audit firms, or domiciliation.
* Fluent English (Knowledge of German will be considered an asset).
* Strong team spirit, excellent client relationship building skills, and ability to take initiative when necessary.
