Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and implement optimization opportunities and develop strategic partnerships that enhance our impact, significantly contributing to Siemens Energy’s mission of powering a sustainable world.How You’ll Make an Impact
10. Lead the development and implementation of advanced procurement strategies, moving beyond traditional supply market approaches.
11. Drive innovation in procurement processes in collaboration with the Center of Excellence, exploring new technologies and digital solutions.
12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting and embedding best practices across the organization through trainings, coaching, support, and best-practice sharing.
13. Convert concepts into actionable implementation plans with defined workstreams, milestones, and KPIs; lead pilots and scale successful initiatives with commodity teams and business units.
14. Facilitate comprehensive spend and performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities and enhance overall impact, while aligning procurement strategies with business objectives.
15. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to co-create innovative solutions.
What You Bring
16. Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
17. Longstanding experience in Strategic Procurement/Commodity Management or consulting; proven track record of designing and implementing procurement strategies or supplier‑led innovation.
18. Strong data literacy (spend, risk, sustainability analytics) and familiarity with procurement digitization tools.
19. Experience in facilitating and leading change with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
20. Curiosity, customer centricity, adaptability and willingness to coach and lead complex initiatives.
21. Proficiency in English; additional language is a plus.
