Your Tasks
1. Lead cross-functional and multi-regional launch teams from launch preparation kickoff through first sales
2. Drive global launch preparation within development projects and market rollouts
3. Plan, track, and optimize launch timelines, milestones, and readiness activities
4. Identify, assess, and mitigate launch risks; escalate challenges on the critical path to governance bodies
5. Ensure fact-based status reporting and decision-making in launch and governance forums
6. Oversee launch KPIs, performance tracking, and post-launch reviews
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of launch processes, tools, templates, and training
8. Actively collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to prioritize key market launches
Your Profile
9. Master’s degree in science, pharmacy, medicine, engineering, or health economics
10. Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in launch, project, product, or supply chain management
11. Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, combination products, or clinical nutrition
12. Strong understanding of commercialization, supply chain readiness, and market access considerations
13. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global matrix without formal authority
14. Fluency in English; German or Chinese is an asset
15. Proficient in MS Office 365, MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint
16. Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
17. Resilient, execution focused, and comfortable operating under time pressure
