Job Title:
Business Performance Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Performance Director to drive commercial and business excellence by designing, planning, and implementing processes, tools, and initiatives to maximize top and bottom-line results. This role will be responsible for analyzing and integrating insights from different sources to enable decision-making based on facts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and integrate insights and data to provide recommendations for decision-making.
2. Develop and implement the Sales Force Effectiveness Plan focusing on key priorities.
3. Lead, with National Sales Manager, on Sales force performance, measurement, and continuous improvement.
4. Partner with National Sales Manager on Sales Force sizing, territory alignment, Sales Force Effectiveness.
5. Lead and drive SFE culture and philosophy across all markets.
6. Drive adoption and use of Veeva CRM and Tableau to drive better business decisions and analytics.
7. Work collaboratively with other members of the team to deliver cross-functional projects.
8. Lead and influence without direct authority and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
10. Strong team working skills within a matrix organization.
11. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and timelines.
12. Strong attention to detail, quality-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
13. Excellent change management and issue resolution skills with the ability to deliver results.
14. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
15. Highly organized and self-motivated.
16. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
17. Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
18. Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
19. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
20. Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
21. Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen.
22. Ability to travel 30% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in field as outlined in the essential duties.
2. 8+ years' commercial experience, within sales, marketing, ideally commercial excellence, in the diagnostic/pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
3. Fluent in German and English both written and spoken.
4. Demonstrated implementation of commercial excellence projects with commercial outputs.
5. Demonstrated success directly or indirectly leading and coordinating strategic initiatives.
6. Demonstrated knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Veeva), and their implementation.
7. Demonstrated ability to influence and recommend solutions.
8. Excellent oral and written communications/presentations, results orientation, facilitation and teamwork skills.
9. Advanced proficiency with computer skills (Microsoft Office programs, Tableau, Power BI, CRM systems).
10. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
