Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. The Audi Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 Factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the United Kingdom will start operations this year. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is available at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
At Audi Formula Racing GmbH, you will lead the procurement team and be responsible for all procurement activities for the Audi F1 Powertrain. Procurement forms the backbone for the provision and availability of parts for our power unit development and racing engines. Together with Program Management, we form a central interface between the specialist departments, our supply chain, and the company's financial management. We operate in a highly exciting, constantly time-critical, and rapidly changing environment. Through intensive collaboration with our internal stakeholders and suppliers, we ensure transparency for the achievement of project goals and the early identification of project risks.
