Our Infrastructure Business Area Project Office division is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships across Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to clients across Europe
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans
* Monitor competitors and industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies
* Report monthly sales results to management
Requirements:
* Experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be beneficial
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally
