What will you do with us?
* Operation, maintenance and further development of our central printer infrastructure and server landscape as well as the central monitoring system, the management systems and our central Active Directory
* Further development of holistic IT asset management
* Coordination of external service providers
* Recording and implementation of data protection and information security requirements
* Taking on and implementing projects in coordination with the team leader
What makes you the right fit for us?
* Several years of practical experience in the areas mentioned
* Very good knowledge of print management and a central infrastructure monitoring system
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, DNS and Windows Server operating systems
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
* Routine in the automation of administrative activities with MS PowerShell
* Experience in 2nd and 3rd level support for a wide range of products
* Basic knowledge in dealing with ITSM systems such as Matrix42, ServiceNow, Jira or Topdesk
* Willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies, methods and procedures
* High organizational skills, team spirit and target group-specific communication skills.
* analytical thinking, coupled with the ability to quickly find your way around complex environments
