As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking for a Payroll Manager to manage a team of 10 payroll specialists and ensure the smooth, compliant delivery of services across a diverse client base.
Payroll Manager - Your Responsibilities :
* Supervise and support a team of 10 payroll professionals
* Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for a broad range of corporate clients
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and service standards
* Lead process improvements and contribute to strategic payroll initiatives
* Ensure compliance with the latest legal and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate closely with internal departments (HR, Finance, Legal)
Payroll Manager - Your profile :
* At least 7 years of experience in payroll, including 1+ year in team leadership
* Proven track record in a fiduciary or service provider environment
* Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
* Strong organizational, people management, and communication skills
