Our Germany Operations

Your role:
4. We are looking for an HR Assistant M/F/D
5. You will report to the HR Manager
Key responsibilities:
6. Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department in day-to-day activities
7. Support recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding documentation
8. Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, amendments, confirmation letters, references, and termination letters
9. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with GDPR and German labor regulations
10. Support time tracking and attendance management using HR systems
11. Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant employee data and documentation
12. Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding general HR-related questions and company policies
13. Support the organization of training sessions and employee development initiatives
14. Ensure proper documentation, filing, and archiving of personnel records
Perfil
Your Profile:
15. Completed degree or vocational training in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
16. Previous experience in an HR department, ideally within Germany; knowledge of German labor law is an advantage
17. Experience in administrative HR processes, ideally within an international company
18. High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail
19. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
20. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR software is an advantage
21. Discreet, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
22. Professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
23. Based in or near Kelsterbach or willing to relocate
