This position is limited until the end of 2026.
* Coordinate and support training sessions, including pre-training preparation, in-session assistance, and post-training follow-up
* Facilitate regular feedback sessions with commercial teams and trainers to ensure that the training needs are met and updated
* Maintain and improve training paths and materials for various commercial roles, ensuring easy accessibility and continuous updates
* Organize and manage team meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking as well as task board updates, and follow-up on open tasks
* Prepare and maintain team presentations and reports, consolidating communication plans and ensuring that internal guidelines are upheld
* Lead the implementation and management of internal training platforms and maintain the team's SharePoint presence
* Bachelors' degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
* Proven experience in training coordination and team assistance roles
* Good knowledge of English and German is an advantage
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Possibility to work up to 95% remote (home office)
