As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
1. You are responsible for developments in ABAP/4 and ABAP Objects within the extended SAP Logistics environment.
2. This also includes the further development of the interfaces and interface frameworks used in the S/4 system, as well as modern technologies such as Cloud Application Programming (CAP), the SAP Integration Suite on our SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), REST APIs, and related technologies.
3. You are part of a professional team and contribute your expertise both in projects and in support activities. Your diverse range of responsibilities includes consulting, customizing, and development in the context of projects, analyses, and changes.
4. In our dynamic environment, you work closely with the business departments to deliver high‑performance solutions for new business models and to optimize existing processes within the S/4HANA landscape.
5. In addition, you support the business departments in future‑oriented topics such as CDS, CAP, BTP, and OData.
What makes you stand out
6. You hold a degree in (Business) Informatics or have completed a comparable education or training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist). Experienced career changers are also welcome.
7. You bring professional experience in application development for SAP systems.
8. Experience in SAP applications or module‑specific areas with a focus on SD and/or MM is considered an advantage.
9. From a technical perspective, you have an excellent command of ABAP Objects and are either willing and able to familiarize yourself with new environments such as the SAP BTP Integration Suite, CAP development with Node.js, Git, and related technologies, or you already feel at home in these areas.
10. A passion for new technologies, IT trends, and agile development distinguishes you.
11. You have very strong analytical and communication skills and demonstrate a service‑oriented, self‑driven way of working within project teams.
12. Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.
