We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales team in the Specialties Business Unit. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective sales strategy that maximizes profit contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with business objectives
* Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
* Build and maintain strategic customer relationships to drive revenue growth
* Manage budget planning, including existing and future requirements
* Ensure efficient information flow and coordination between Sales Offices and organizational units
* Prepare market and competition analyses to inform sales strategy
* Identify opportunities and risks through statistical evaluations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in economics or related field
* At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, with 7 years of management experience
* Proven track record in developing holistic sales strategies
* Experience working in international matrix organizations
* Business fluent communication in English, with other languages an advantage
