YOUR TASKS:
* You coordinate the operational handling and scheduling of import and export containers
* Daily communication and coordination with service providers and partner companies
* You are responsible for document control in the context of customs clearance as well as coordination with European plant protection authorities
* You monitor processes using various operational systems
* You review incoming invoices and prepare outgoing invoices
* You handle complaints and find appropriate solutions
YOUR PROFILE:
* Completed vocational training as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk or similar qualification
* Experience in import is an advantage
* A high level of initiative, reliability, and diligence characterizes you
* You are a team player with strong organizational and communication skills
* You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel; ideally, you also have experience with Cargowise
* You have good English skills, both spoken and written
* You are curious and enjoy new challenges
