Ready to perform? Your tasks with MAXXimum focus
* Create high-quality photos and videos of our products for use across online and print channels
* Capture influencers and other cooperation partners in various formats for social media, website, and marketing materials
* Document and visually showcase our trade fair appearances as well as internal and external events
* Produce and edit visual content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more
* Create photo and video content to support our employer branding efforts and highlight our company values and culture
* Develop visual content for internal communications, such as employee events and company updates, in close collaboration with PR and Events
* Independently plan and execute photography and video projects, including coordination with internal teams and external partners
* Manage interfaces and collaborate closely with departments such as Graphic Design, Product Management, and Social Media
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
* At least 2 years of professional experience in photography and videography, ideally in a comparable environment
* Strong technical skills in handling camera equipment, lighting setups, and post-production software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
* Experience in visually appealing food photography as well as people and sports shoots
* Solid skills in image editing and creating visual content for social media, including Reels, TikTok, and Instagram posts and stories
* A strong eye for detail and the ability to turn creative ideas into visually compelling photos and videos
* Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers, partners, and internal teams
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Willingness to travel and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, especially for events and trade fairs

Ready to perform? Deine Aufgaben mit MAXXimalem Fokus
* Erstellung von hochwertigen Bildern und Videos unserer Produkte für den Einsatz in Online- und Printmedien
* Bildliche Darstellung von Influencern und anderen Kooperationspartnern in verschiedenen Formaten für Social Media, Website und Marketingmaterialien.
* Dokumentation und visuelle Aufbereitung unserer Messeauftritte und sowie weiterer interner und externer Veranstaltungen
* Erstellung und Bearbeitung von visuellem Content für unsere Social Media Kanäle (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
* Produktion von Bild- und Videomaterial zur Unterstützung unseres Employer Brandings und zur Darstellung unserer Unternehmenswerte und -kultur.
* Bildliche Aufbereitung von Content zur Unterstützung der internen Unternehmenskommunikation, z.B. Mitarbeiterevents und Unternehmensnachrichten in Zusammenarbeit mit PR/Event
* Selbstständige Planung und Durchführung von Fotografie- und Videoprojekten, einschließlich Koordination mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
* Schnittstellenmanagement, u.a. mit den Bereichen Grafik, Produktmanagement und Social Media
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
* Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der professionellen Fotografie und Videografie, vorzugsweise in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
* Kenntnisse in der Handhabung von Kameraausrüstung, Lichttechnik und Nachbearbeitungssoftware (z.B. Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
* Kenntnisse in der visuell-attraktiven Darstellung von Nahrung sowie Erfahrungen im People-/Sport-Shooting
* Kenntnisse in der Bildbearbeitung sowie der visuellen Erstellung von Content für Social Media (u.a. Reels, TikTok, Instagram Post/Story)
* Ein Auge für Details und die Fähigkeit, kreative Ideen in visuell ansprechende Bilder und Videos umzusetzen.
* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Influencern, Kooperationspartnern und internen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten.
* Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen.
