* Build marketing features from concept to LiveOps, ensuring they are balanced, motivating, and aligned with revenue goals
* Partner with cross-functional teams across product, design, and UA to ensure the game economy supports player segmentation and content delivery
* Deliver actionable business insights using cohort analysis, dashboards, and forecasting to guide product decisions
* Drive collaboration across disciplines to align product and marketing objectives and scale sustainable growth
What we're looking for:
* Extensive experience in user acquisition and performance marketing for free-to-play mobile games
* Proven track record using analytics to optimise acquisition, retention, and monetisation strategies
* Strong understanding of in-game systems and how they influence player behaviour and commercial outcomes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally
* Leadership experience guiding multidisciplinary teams across design, UA, and analytics
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into product-impacting actions quickly and effectively
