About the Job:
We are currently working with a growing financial services company based in Luxembourg city center. The company was founded over 30 years ago as a fiduciary and has expanded into the fund industry, obtaining regulated certification.
The company comprises more than 50 people divided into several teams. A few teams of accountants handle commercial companies, while the rest manages SOPARFIs, Holdings, and investment funds.
The partners have many projects in mind, and the company's growth allows them to expand services and start new challenges.
Your Responsibilities:
* Review bookkeeping and annual accounts prepared by junior and senior accountants.
* Prepare tax returns when necessary.
* Coach team members and provide advice to improve skills and independence.
* Plan team activities to ensure documents are prepared on time.
* Involved in recruitments to find talented team members.
Profile and Career Path:
* Fluency in German and English.
* More than 7 years of experience in accounting within fiduciaries in Luxembourg.
* Experience in managing a team and developed strong communication and organization skills.
* Career path stable with loyalty and dedication to previous employers.
* Appreciate client interaction and resolving problematic situations.
