Marketing and Digital Strategy Manager
We are seeking a seasoned marketing and digital strategy manager to join our dynamic team dedicated to innovation and quality. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of our digital marketing strategy, drive growth, and enhance our online presence.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment, and be proficient with digital tools such as WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. They will be passionate about social media and committed to keeping pace with emerging trends and platform updates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for our web platforms.
* Analyse and report on web and social media performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to maximise website traffic and user engagement.
* Ensure all digital content aligns with our brand guidelines and core values.
* Support the rollout of new digital tools and innovations.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Website Management & Optimisation: update and manage our website back office, support ongoing SEO efforts, suggest and implement improvements to UX/UI, monitor website performance via analytics tools, and create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
* Social Media Initiatives: oversee and execute social media initiatives across multiple platforms: act as the main contact for LinkedIn, manage LinkedIn Ads and sponsored content, monitor and report on KPIs and performance, liaise with internal teams to coordinate messaging and visibility, upload and manage content on our video platforms, and optimise metadata.
* Newsletters: create, format, and send newsletters using internal platforms, continuously improve performance, act as the main point of contact for our email marketing provider, and manage the evolution of templates and visual design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A strong analytical mindset and attention to performance tracking.
* Excellent writing skills in both English and French.
* Proactive, autonomous, structured, and detail-oriented.
* Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Enthusiastic about digital execution and capable of delivering with precision.
