Technical Trainer Role
We are seeking a seasoned technical trainer to join our team as a Technical Trainer for the C⋅A⋅T Stage Automation Control System.
About the Job
The successful candidate will lead a comprehensive training program that empowers operators, clients, and our team to master the cutting-edge technology. This role involves delivering hands-on training sessions at iconic venues worldwide, guiding operators through the system's features, from basic controls to advanced automation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in English, German, and French, and possess a background in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering.
* Global Onsite Training: Travel to various locations, including opera houses, theatres, and cruise ships, and deliver tailored training sessions to ensure operators are confident and ready to perform.
* Customized Digital & Live Content: Create engaging training materials, such as interactive guides, video tutorials, and quick-reference manuals, to cater to diverse learners.
* In-House Skill-Building: Welcome new team members with immersive workshops at our Rodange site, introducing them to the C⋅A⋅T system's ins and outs.
* Operator Support Hub: Provide support to operators worldwide, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with our R&D team to roll out updates or fixes.
* Showcase&Inspire: Represent our company at trade fairs and conferences with captivating presentations on the C⋅A⋅T system's power and visit universities and theatre planners to demo our tech, forging partnerships and fuelling innovation.
