In this pivotal role, you'll lead a high-performing medical team, drive real-world evidence generation, oversee investigator-initiated studies, and contribute to strategic pipeline and launch planning. Main Responsibilities:
* Lead medical affairs strategy and execution for hematologic oncology
* Drive RWE and IIS programs aligned with evidence strategy
* Provide strategic input into pipeline and launch activities
* Collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix environment
* Oversee PV reporting and support market access initiatives
Main requirements:
* MD, PhD, or PharmD with hematology and/or oncology expertise
* 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry, 2+ years in team leadership
* Strong strategic mindset and cross-functional experience
* Fluent in English and German
