</div><div><p>As a working student (m/f/d), you will support our finance and project controlling team with operational and analytical tasks. In doing so, you will gain comprehensive insight into the commercial processes of an international company.</p>

<li>Preparation of weekly and monthly project controlling reports as well as execution of ad-hoc analyses</li>
<li>Support month-end closing activities and project-related analyses</li>
<li>Management of hours and time tracking for internal and external employees</li>
<li>Maintenance of vendor and master data, supporting the vendor creation procurement</li>
<li>Support the purchase order process, including order confirmations</li>
<li>Advising and supporting employees in commercial process flows</li>
<li>Process consulting and user support for the project management tool CanDo</li>
<li>Assisting in workflows, related to temporary agency work (employee leasing)</li>
<li>Responsibility for the structured filing and administration of contracts in digital and physical form</li>
<li>Support for accounting</li>
<li>Account assignment (coding) and processing of incoming invoices</li>

<li>Applying for a degree in business administration, economics, business rngineering, or a comparable degree program ideally with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting</li>
<li>First insights in a commercial environment is an advantage</li>
<li>Experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel</li>
<li>Structured, careful, and reliable way of working</li>
<li>Advanced analytical thinking as well as affinity for numbers</li>
<li>Very good German language skills, outstanding English skills are an advantage</li>
<li>Teamnwork as well as a strong service and communication orientation are required</li>
