As our Development Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our development team, helping to turn plans into reality across Europe. If you’re organized, curious, and ready to grow into the world of construction and development – this could be your next step.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role across multiple projects, teams, and countries. No two days are the same – but here’s what you can expect:
* Project & Construction support (60%)
You coordinate the full purchase order process from A to Z and keep a close eye on deliveries, installations, and timelines together with suppliers and project teams. You support budget tracking and make sure invoices are processed accurately and on time. You maintain project trackers and reporting, act as a key contact for suppliers, and proactively spot and resolve any inconsistencies in orders, deliveries, or invoicing.
* Facilities & Maintenance (20%)
You ensure supplier data and documentation are always up to date and work with our contract management system (Cobblestone). You also coordinate communication, mainly for the Dutch market, keeping everything aligned and organized.
* Development & Business Support (20%)
You support the Chief Development Officer and leadership team with coordination and reporting. You contribute to development projects across acquisitions and asset management, and assist with contracts, data management, and general project coordination.
This is you
You’re someone who gets energy from making things run smoothly. You’re structured, detail-focused, but also a great communicator who connects easily with others.
* You have 2+ years of experience in coordination, operations, administration or procurement
* Experience in construction, real estate or project environments is a big plus
* You’re comfortable working with Excel and digital systems (ERP/tools are a bonus)
* Numbers don’t scare you – you’re accurate and detail-driven
* You’re proactive: you don’t wait, you act
* You enjoy working in an international environment
* You can handle multiple priorities without losing overview
* Fluent in German and English
