Deliver high-quality change initiatives into Operations Teams as a Senior Business Analyst.
About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our Business Change Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage changes to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the required quality.
* Own and manage key strategic initiatives in conjunction with senior management.
* Ensure projects and solutions align with the Standard Operating Model for CCS operations.
* Undertake business process reviews and re-engineering where required.
* Ensure business requirements are accurate, clearly identified, documented, communicated, and approved.
* Analyze business processes and system functionality to support solution definition and project implementations.
* Liaise with IT units regarding new client functional developments, design, and implementation.
* Conduct operational readiness assessments, planning, and implementation to ensure production teams/operation environment is prepared to effectively support and accept changes resulting from the project.
* Determine and manage gaps, risks, and issues and plan and take action to mitigate.
* User Acceptance Testing Functional Testing which involves Test Case Preparation, Scripting, and Execution.
* Manage Project resources for any allocated change and ensure that project timelines, scope, and budgets are managed proactively.
* Manage stakeholder interactions including IT, Client Line BAU operations, senior management, and any other internal stakeholders.
* Support Operational teams regarding implementation of new change.
* Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior management and all project stakeholders.
* IDentify components necessary for a wide variety of projects and create and manage a plan to deliver on those components.

Requirements
* Must-Haves:
* Strong knowledge of CCS activities and processes.
* Five or more years project experience implementing change into Operations Teams.
* High energy, dynamic, results-focused.
* The ability to thrive in an innovative and agile working environment.
* Ability to work independently as a member of a broader change management team.
* Experience of working within and/or management of a team.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with business and technical teams.
* Client services oriented.
* Excellent communication, verbal, and written analytic skills.
* Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility.
* Familiarity with CCS applications (ISISET, ISIS, Olympic, MS Office).
* Language: English fluency.
