You coach squad leads, foster autonomy and accountability. For the squad Marketing you are operationally acting as the squad lead.As the lead for the squad Marketing you are responsible to drive customer acquisition through our channels like SEA, affiliate, app and create retention with CDP, CRM, automation, and personalization.You align the experts in your squads on conversion optimization and cultivate a strong data analytics-driven mindset and a focus on Customer centricityWhat you can expectWe are looking for a customer-centric marketing leader with a strong performance and data-driven mindset. You bring deep expertise in SEA, affiliate and CRM. With proven experience in Conversion rate optimization, you drive measurable impact through clear KPIs. As an agile leader and mentor, you empower autonomous squads, foster cross-functional collaboration, and effectively manage the different stakeholders. As part of the management team, you can shape and translate strategy into operational goals.
