Responsibilities:

1. Recruiting & Talent Management: Creation of advertisements, candidate selection, coordination and implementation of interviews in close collaboration with departments (German & English)
\
2. Employment & Contract Processes: Control and optimization of the employment process including creation of contracts (trainees, permanent employees, takeovers) as well as verification of employee leasing contracts
\
\
4. Support of operational and strategic HR processes
\
5. Organizational skills, self-initiative and a binding, empathetic communication style
\
6. English knowledge is an asset
\
\
Requirements:
\
\
7. Degree in business economics with a focus on personnel or commercial education with additional qualification as a personnel purchasing manager (IHK)
\
8. Multiple years of experience in a comparable position - ideally in a corporate environment
\
9. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
\
10. Experience in operational and strategic HR work
\
11. Good organizational skills, self-initiative and a binding, empathetic communication style
\
12. English knowledge is an asset
