 An experienced growth marketer to help us design, implement and scale a high-impact marketing strategy at Softr. 
You’ll report to our Head of Marketing and work with the broader marketing team. 
 Design, implement and scale our growth marketing strategies for all marketing channels (both B2B and B2C). 
 Run experiments in different marketing channels to help identify what works best for Softr's business and product. 
 Be knowledgeable of online advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
 Grow the Softr customer base through co-marketing opportunities with other companies and partnerships (e.g. with third-party communities, agencies, educational institutions, incubators/accelerators, tech newsletters/podcasts), in collaboration with our Community Lead. 
 Ideally, you have helped early-stage companies figure out scalable and defensible marketing acquisition channels and helped grow to the Series B stage and beyond. 
 Have breadth across all areas of growth marketing, with depth in some of these areas: content & SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, website management & conversion rate optimizations, marketing ops and analytics. Bonus points if you’ve used no-code and automation platforms meaningfully (for work, side projects, we want to learn about them all). 
 We’re a 100% remote team, and writing is our primary means of communication at Softr. Our customers range from individuals to some of the Fortune 500 companies, and they are all unique. You are a customer-focused marketer and want to understand and connect with our audience deeply to inform our marketing strategy. 
 You’ll be hands-on building and executing in tools, but you’ll also need to set goals and budgets, prioritize initiatives, and report on key metrics to the entire company.
