The eBay C2C team is looking for a C2CManager (f/m/d). You will be joining a highlyenergized team with a strong passion for eBay and the strive toraise consumer selling on eBay.de to the next level. Consumerselling is a business that is driven by the customer motivation ofsustainability and is deeply rooted in eBay’s DNA and an essentialpart of the company’s ecosystem. You will help shaping the strategyfor consumer selling by maximizing consumer insights and craftingmeasures to solve customer problems.
What you willaccomplish:
The C2C Manager willlead and develop multiple, cross-functional projects within theconsumer selling team. The role includes
* E2E execution of projects within C2C, mainly associatedwith Go-to-Market activities, i.e. seller acquisition, conversion,engagement and retention. Supporting the GTM of multiple Productlaunches and improvements in cooperation with Product Marketing,CRM and Local Marketing.
* Strong collaborationwith Global C2C BU and Global C2C Initiative to ensure theexecution of the Global C2C Success Framework and the 3-YearStrategy for the DE business
* DE-specificseller activation activities, for example sweepstakes and otherpromotional activities
* DE-specific sellerengagement and growth, for example rework of the C2C Seller Hub, inalignment with the Global Marketing organization, enabling andoptimizing CRM and PMM concepts and tools
* Cross-organizational collaboration with other teams(marketing, trading, customer service, product, analytics, andothers) in conceptualizing, planning as well as implementingcampaigns and initiatives. Build and strengthen partnerships andrelationships internally and externally to identify and implementscaling opportunities.
What you willbring:
* Passion forconsumer selling and buying
* Native in Germanmust have, fluency in English.
* 4 years+ ofproven ability as Project Manager/Program Manager and/orConsultant, ideally with Marketing experience. Strong projectmanagement skills
* Expert in running complexand cross-functional projects, getting results and deliver onachievements and deliverables
* Excellentcommunication and presentation skills in large or small groupsettings
