Aufgaben
* Strategic and operational leadership of complex software development, SAP, or transformation projects.
* Management of large and critical projects/programmes, driving strategy and process steps.
* Building and leading project teams, clearly assigning roles and responsibilities.
* Active representation in client claims and risk management.
* Requirement, scope and backlog management.
* Developing and executing risk management, identifying and resolving obstacles.
* Delivering agreed artefacts, handling tough project situations.
* Accountability to clients, internal and external service suppliers, and management.
Profil
Education and experience:
* Completed education or degree in IT or business.
* Minimum 10 years experience in IT project management of software development projects.
* Successful leadership of large programmes with 100+ staff and offshore components.
Skills and knowledge:
* Strong experience delivering complex software solutions using best practice tools and agile/DevOps methodologies.
* Problem solving on complex issues; leadership and knowledge transfer.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
* Experience with requirements analysis, contract, risk, and claim management.
* Background in solution design, software architecture, development, testing automation, and deployment.
* Agile and/or project management certifications (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAFe); optional Six Sigma Black Belt, Design Thinking, COBIT, etc.
