System Manager (Frontend) for Series production – Automotive Lighting Domain (Interior & Exterior)
We are looking for a
Communication Manager (Frontend)
to coordinate and facilitate communication among all teams involved in the
automotive lighting domain (interior and exterior)
.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, ability to build bridges, and to explain technical issues/details to non-experts
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making mindset
* Proactive and interdisciplinary thinking and action
* Effective interaction across departments and with suppliers
* Knowledge of tools:
AVON, TEVON, KVS, CONNECT + Catia, System42
* Solid experience in automotive lighting technology (components and design)
* Knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic architecture
* Experience in defining, deriving, structuring, and managing requirements
* General knowledge of international automotive regulations
* Proven experience in project management
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a high degree of autonomy
* Ability to motivate and maximize team members' performance
* Strong crisis management skills to handle project-related pressures
* Good interpersonal skills to manage team members' weaknesses constructively
* Willingness to travel frequently
