We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team and take on the challenge of growing and retaining our customer base in the French-speaking region.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of our products and be able to execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded. They will also identify opportunities and customer-level risks, coordinate mitigation, and collaborate cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer experiences.
This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, business acumen, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be fluent in French and English, with additional languages being an asset.
