Key Responsibilities:
* Quality Control Leadership: Oversee and manage all Quality Control operations, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and internal policies.
* Technical Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of HPLC methods and validation procedures to oversee analytical testing, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide process improvements.
* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a larger QC team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Project Oversight: Provide expert input on quality-related aspects of ongoing and future projects, supporting timely and compliant product development and release.
* Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate, thorough documentation practices across all QC activities, in alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Production, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs, to maintain seamless quality integration across business functions.
Qualifications:
* Education: Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
* Industry Experience: 5+ years professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Quality Control leadership roles.
* Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in HPLC methods, validation practices, and pharmaceutical testing techniques.
* Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and guiding a larger team in a regulated environment.
* Languages: Proficiency in both German and English is essential due to international client interactions and multilingual documentation.
* Availability: Able to work 5 days per week on-site.
