Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Veeva applications in Germany. This role combines both functional and technical responsibilities.
REPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the general support of IT services, tools, issues, and projects related to VEEVA and Salesforce business requirements.
The main functional responsibility of a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. Here are some key responsibilities:
The IT Business Analyst should have advanced level expertise in one or more of the following areas:
* Analyzing Business Needs: The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Improving Processes: The BSA will analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* System Implementation: BSA's oversee the implementation of new systems or modifications to existing ones, ensuring they meet business needs.
* Data Analysis: BSA's use data analysis tools to gather insights and support decision-making.
* Documentation and Training: BSAs create detailed documentation and provide training to ensure users can effectively use new systems.
* The BSA's focus area will include VEEVA CRM and VEEVA CRM Vault with emphasis on Healthcare Solutions, and Salesforce solutions, with emphasis on Healthcare Solutions.
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree
* Possess 3-7 years of experience in business systems analysis and/or software development.
* Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into a scalable solution design.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously; workload will be a blend of small, medium, and large implementation projects.
