Quality Systems & Process Control Coordinator Logistics EMEA– Automotive Business SKF’s Automotive business is committed to building a world‑leading organisation. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Quality Systems & Process Control Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in quality and process control across our logistics operations. Key responsibilities Quality Management System (QMS) & Documentation Maintain updated and complete QC/QD documentation with responsible process owners. Set guidelines for quality policy towards 3PLs and establish proper formats for internal working instructions. Act as CSR (Customer Specific requirements) single point of contact for Logistics (funnel function). Set‑up, deployment and documentation of supporting and secondary processes (e.g. Returns) including governance. Measurement & Performance Control Ensure and coordinate measurement systems for quality KPIs, covering both internal and external warehouses, in alignment with 3PL coordinators and operational responsible persons. Ensure process control points and implement appropriate control tools. Audits, Compliance & Continuous Improvement Prepare, coordinate, and implement audits, including follow‑up on deviations. Ensure an internal auditing system at the regional level, including planning of audits. Support administrative and operational areas concerning quality tools (such as 8D, FMEAs, etc.) as well as for relevant projects. EHS Governance Report quality and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) issues to the global level. Coordinate and ensure implementation of new EHS guidelines. Management Reviews & Reporting Support the preparation and implementation of management reviews in alignment with quality norms. Act as technical expert and process owner for quality deviation processes (e.g. DERs) and driver of corrective & improvement actions. Production System (SPS) Enablement Set up and support SPS (SKF Production System) deployment and preparation. Packaging, Loading & Standards Compliance Ensure compliance with packaging and loading standards. Inventory Control & Financial Alignment Set up inventory control procedures in alignment with finance and legal guidance. Prepare and coordinate inventory processes with auditors. Establish procedures for stock discrepancies and stock obsolescence in alignment with sales and factory supply chain. Requirements A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Strong analytical and communication skills. Collaborative and able to balance quality, cost and service. Intrinsic and self‑driven way of working. Mastery of logistics processes, including supply chain management, and a solid understanding of quality and EHS standards. Proficiency in logistics and quality systems (e.g. SAP, performance measurement tools). Fluent in English. Experience working in a multinational and cross‑functional environment is a plus.
