Your Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and/or chat in French
* Provide support related to:
* Product usage & basic troubleshooting
* Orders, deliveries, returns, and general inquiries
* After-sales and account-related support
* Ensure a high-quality customer experience
* Accurately document interactions in internal systems
* Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
* Escalate complex cases when needed and follow resolution procedures
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For
* Native or near-native French (C1/C2)
* Good command of English (B2 or higher)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
* Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM tools
* Previous customer support experience is an advantage, not a requirement
