Your mission
1. Central Participant Management for our Trainings:
Workflow-Control: Responsibility for the entire registration process
Support-Interface: First-level-support for participant inquiries
Communication around trainings in cooperation with Sales
2. Back-Office & Logistics-Control:
Digital Learning Worlds: Maintenance of the webshop & the partner pages
Trainer-Management: Feedback, quality checks, statistics and monitoring of deadlines for trainers
3. Data Management & Quality Assurance:
Reporting: Creation of participant lists, utilization statistics and budget overviews
Evaluation: Preparation of the results for the team leadership
Certification: Monitoring, support and evaluation of the certification periods and -matters
4. Planning and Organization of the Trainings:
Annual Planning of the trainings
Location-Management: Search, booking and administration of the training locations
Support and Follow-up of the trainings
5. Support in the organization of our events, such as conferences, webinars and industry events
What we are looking for
6. A degree or completed training in the event sector or a comparable qualification
7. Good to very good written and spoken English- and German skills (At least B2)
8. A structured and independent way of working
9. Willingness to learn and an open and communicative attitude
10. Relevant work experience is an advantage
