Flight Attendant Role

* Maintain the safety and security of passengers and crew during flights.
* Ensure effective communication between cabin and flight crew members.
* Provide assistance to special category passengers and administer first aid in medical emergencies.
* Stay updated on regulations, documents, and instructions provided by the airline.
* Promote a positive guest experience according to service standards and commercial guidelines.
* Familiarize yourself with reporting procedures and communicate any issues that arise while on duty.
Qualifications

* Secondary education diploma (Bac) or equivalent qualification.
* Swimming and/or rescue certification.
* Minimum 18 years old and physically fit for flights.
* Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work irregular hours.
* Layover at outstations acceptable.
* Basic computer skills and good communication abilities in English, French, and German.
* Pass mandatory training courses.
Desirable Skills

* Excellent customer service skills and high level of service orientation.
* Knowledge of the local language.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and outside the organization.
* Proficiency in tools used within the department.
