In this role, you will be at the center of daily operations, combining customer interaction, logistics coordination, and process optimization. You will contribute to delivering a seamless experience from bike collection to final delivery, while supporting the growth of a dynamic and environmentally focused business.
Support Click & Collect handovers, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
Act as the point of contact for external logistics partners and carriers
Manage the check-in process at the operations center, ensuring all data is accurately recorded
Strong organizational and planning skills with a logistics-oriented mindset
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Basic digital skills and attention to detail when handling data
Full-time, on-site position in Düsseldorf
