Your Tasks
1. Continuous enhancement of Branded Services; alignment with business goals and strategy
2. Transparent updates, status reporting, and actionable insights for leadership
3. Transformation of customer insights into product improvements; enhancement of reporting with digital tools
4. Advanced Excel and BI tool expertise (Power BI, Tableau, ; creation, formatting, and maintenance of reports and dashboards; use of pivot tables, formulas, and interactive visualizations
5. Analysis and interpretation of structured business data; use of basic/intermediate SQL; trend identification; data quality assurance; support of effective decision-making
6. Collaboration with data teams and business stakeholders; data integration; definition of reporting requirements; clear communication of insights to technical and non-technical colleagues
7. Definition, rollout, and integration of service products across multiple markets
8. Coordination with internal teams and external providers; successful service delivery
9. Involvement in international and cross-functional projects; collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
Your Profile
10. University degree in Economics, Statistics or similar
11. First relevant experience in managing projects, ideally in retail / service environment and Tech
12. Knowledge of Reporting & Analytics
13. Experience in international and cross functional projects is a plus
14. BI tool experience (., Power BI, Tableau)
15. Strong analytical and business expertise
16. Commercial understanding, good understanding of marked trends and innovations in the area S&S, focus on customers & results
17. Project mangement skills
