The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization across DACH and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business sitting on the Senior leadership team across DACH and reporting into the Regional Managing Director
Responsibilities
* Manage strategy and operations for the Sales Division across DACH
* Manage sales functions of the business
* Provide feedback to company leadership as member of Senior leadership team on sales related topics
* Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets and manage Key accounts
* Creating group alignment post acquisition within new business Sales functions
Qualifications
* Demonstrated track record of operating as a Senior Leader within a Third Party Logistics business
* Experience working with Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Life Science Logistics/Sector
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Can Speak both German & English
