The Role
Our Senior Store Managers are integral to the success of the HOKA Brand. As a Senior Store Manager, you attract, develop, and motivate a passionate team. You regularly share the HOKA Brand values, vision, and mission with your team members and actively create a culture of trust and accountability. You may lead multiple high-volume and complex locations and support the District Manager with additional responsibilities as needed.
Your Impact
1. Coach and develop your team to drive business results and professional growth
2. Partner with the Area/District Manager to identify and develop talent for leadership positions
3. Ensure the highest level of customer service possible and prioritize brand and product knowledge training
4. Meet and exceed budgeted sales and KPIs and monitor expenses
5. Conduct self-audits with attention to key controls involving receiving and cash handling within your district
6. Develop store strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, increase traffic, and optimize profitability
7. Proactively and continuously cultivate community through events, local outreach, and engagement with your market beyond the store's four walls
8. Manage inventory and implement store administration and operations including compliance with policies and procedures
9. Actively maintain a network for recruiting candidates to your store team, as well as support the District Manager in identifying and interviewing potential management candidates within the district
10. Hire the best team members by identifying talent quickly and regularly maintaining a network for recruiting candidates
11. Onboard and train team members to ensure engaged and high-performing teams
12. Ensure the highest level of visual merchandising and standards and take responsibility for execution of visual directives and guidelines
13. Drive key initiatives and support programs that enhance the customer journey
Who You Are
14. Excellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer-facing environment
15. You can demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales targets and cost management for a store of comparable volume and size
16. Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs

17. Solid Retail Store Management experience
18. Fluency in English & German
19. Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
20. Ability to be agile to meet the needs of the business, within and beyond the four walls of the store
21. Experience coordinating and hosting in-store events
22. Fantastic problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges
